Yesterday (Sat) was a tiring day at the floating platform, for of course, the first NE Show for our National Day Parade.Sunday, July 6, 2008 Certainly a far cry from my choir days when i was involved in NDP. All the jokes, fun movements etc etc were evidently missing and i was feeling nothing short of crappy. But well, it was alright when public members smiled at me when i ushered them to their seats. Other than that, and maybe the fact i got the funpack (ya... big deal), there was hardly anything to be real happy about. I could have spent the time doing better more productive things (even sleeping) but well, i guess since i've decided to make this sacrifice of time to volunteer, i shall stick to it for ONE MORE MONTH. Then it'll be back to ME-MYSELF-SATURDAY, no more sticking to time restrictions and giving my time to someone else. MYSELF. That a promise to myself haha. Well, just to show you my NDP group, at least some form of remembrance if not all these time wasted would have been well, really.... wasted.  my ndp group  my red sector FYI, i probably wont be taking much pictures cause the uniform i'm wearing is pretty horrendous. I look so crappy in it i totally tried to look away when i saw anyone remotely familiar. It's so embarrassing. Well, FOUR MORE WEEKS of such things.
