We met up in well.. good old hometown of mine, AMK Hub to watch a movie i won't typically watch - Fast and Furious 4. Cars, action and the macho-angst, if you know me, you should very well why it's not my typical choice. (Rom-com all the way!) But nevertheless, i haven watched an action movie in a while so i agreed (plus i add, i'm SUCH A GOOD FRIEND haha)

The movie turned out pretty engaging with all the car stunts and major actions - i was kept fully awake and interested haha. Still don't see the fascination of guys with cars but well, that's just me.

After that, we proceeded to Bugis for "Xue-Ping" as Terweeds term Shopping haha. And well, more talking. (Which i must stress, in case you misunderstand, I DON'T gossip ALL THE TIME ok! haha.)

Once we were hungry, we walked around desperately to find a place for lunch - bypassing the newly opened Iluma - and settled at Burger King by then BBQ joined us. (we didn't take any photo with BBQ =X haha)

Upon satisfying our hunger, we set on for more xue-ping, but this time mainly to look for the right specs for BBQ and Ter-weeds since they both claim they need a change of specs. We went into almost all the Spectacle shops in Bugis Junction but BBQ still prefered his desired $300plus specs he saw elsewhere. (Well, when u set your heart on sth, it's hard to forget it.)

By 4plus, Ter-weeds and i (who met earlier) was damn tired and BBQ had tuition so we eft promptly after BBQ had his early dinner.

i know i look abit grumpy here...

but don't i look GREAT? Seriously. haha

It felt good to see Ter-weeds (and BBQ...) again. Especially since something made me feel that as time passes, some friends change much more significantly than you do (and maybe not in tandem). Different experiences and probably distance/infrequency of meetup probably caused what i might term "irreconcilable differences" (not that we are fighting. just not getting the same good-friend "feel" like before).

But right now i'm just glad i'm in the company of friends where we all mutually enjoy each other presence.
